I do have and keep this car parked & covered in my climatecontrolled garage at my residence which is located in the USA in Sunrise Beach. Missouri 65079. This 1949 FORD is a Major Attention Getter and a Major Head Turner and it is Very Fun to Drive!I constantly receive compliments any where and every where that I go or drive it to. It is Nice & Clean Inside & Out! The Engine Bay is Clean and the Flat Head V-8 Engine Runs Great. The Pearl Plum Purple Paint Shines Nice and Looks Great. The Body is Straight. Solid and Clean!The Body Panels are original and align up nice. It is Accident Free. The Paint and Body Look Great. The Interior is Nice & Clean and Looks Nice. This Car Runs. Looks and Rides & Drives Nice! I have it Cleaned up Nicely and it is Ready to Drive. Cruise. Enjoy or Show the same day that thenew owner takes possession. This is a Very Fun car to Drive and it has been a Pleasure to Own. ********************************************************ENGINE-TRANSMISSION-INTERIOR-BODY-WHEELS & TIRESThe Original 239 Flat Head FORD V-8 Engine was overhauled & rebuilt approximately 2500 miles ago. The engine runs great and has plenty of power. It always starts right up with ease and there are never anysigns of engine or exhaust smoke ever! The original carburetor has been rebuilt & performs well. The carb. has no leaks or issues and the choke is working correctly. Has a new fuel pump. new battery & new belts. All of the fluids are clean & full and there are no leaks. The 3spd. Manual Transmission has Overdrive with a new clutch. new pressure plate & new throw out bearing. The Transmission shift's very nice & smooth and it functions correctly with out any issues!Engine has a dual exhaust system that runs the full length of the car and exit's out the rear of the car. The exhaust and the engine both sound very nice. Has chrome exhaust tips and a set of chrome side pipes. The brakes have been rebuilt and they stop very nice and they work great. The suspension is in good condition. It has new tie rod end's installed and it has been aligned correctly. The car runs great and it rides & drives nice. It rolls smooth and it drives straight down the road. Nice 15" aluminum wheels with like new 205/60/15 KELLY-CHARGER RADIAL Tires on the front & rear. The interior is clean and in good condition. This a Non Smoker Car and there are no rip's. tear's or burns present. The interior has an original look and appearance. The front & rear seats and the door panels have been recovered. The carpet is clean and still looks new. It has sound proof. heat padding mat installed under the carpet. The dash panel looks great! All of the gauges and all of the dash components are original and in very nice condition. The headlights. blinkers. brake lights. wipers. horn and the heater are all in good working condition. The steering wheel is in great condition without any cracks and the steering wheel chrome is in very good condition. Has original tissue box & flashlight under the dash & there is a compass located in the middle of the windshield. The paint color is Pearl Plum Purple and the body is clean. The trunk pan. floor pans and the frame are nice & solid. The paint is in good condition. I would rate at a 7 out of 10. It is in nice driver or show quality condition. There are a few minor chips present here and there from normal driving. No dents or scratches present. All of the glass is in good original condition with out having any cracks or breaks present. The windows roll up and down with ease and the doors. hood and trunk all open & close with ease. Has had all new rubber weather stripping installed on the doors. the trunk and the hood. The stainless trim and the chrome are all original and all are in very good condition for the age.
