Description of 1930 Ford Model A MODEL AA TRUCK

For auction today is this hard to find early 1930’s Ford Model AA one ton or ton and a half truck. I am selling the Model AA for a friend and I had a mechanic come and look at the vehicle. I was unable to read the engine number or frame stamp so the exact year is not known. I have shown pictures to a few Model A enthusiasts and they were guessing 1930-1932. without seeing it firsthand. The mechanic told me the following in regards to the vehicle. It is a complete rolling chassis at this point. in rough but restorable condition. Motor. Transmission. drive shaft. rear end suspension. tires. rims are all there. The motor turns and the transmission shift clutch releases. Has front fender. radiator. and radiator support. The clutch. brake. and fuel pedals and linkage are all in working condition. Steering column and steering wheel are all intact. Obvious modifications have been made to the cab and bed of the vehicle. This 1930’s Model AA is farm fresh and has been inside a barn for years. You just don’t see many of these around anymore and this one can surely be made into a beautiful restored Model AA. This is a local pick up only and it will need to be picked up within 10 days of close of auction. Please see all of the photographs and ask questions if you desire. I am not an expert in these vehicles but I can ask the mechanic who looked at it for me. No reserve and price will start in the range the expert quoted. No TITLE for vehicle and it is being SOLD AS IS. NOTE: On 2-18-15. a non-mechanic attempted to start the motor and nearly got the engine started. This was done with minimal effort (fuel. air. cleaned up the carb). Just a note that the motor may be real close to running condition.
