Description of 1991 Ford F-350 Dually extra cab

I am selling a 1991 Ford-F-350 extended cab Dually for parts. I purchased this truck at an estate sale and the old guy that had it unfortunately had a stroke years ago and the truck just sat outside. it looks really good from the pics and in person. but the undercarriage is really scaly along the frame and under the utility bed. The engine does not run and I am not a diesel mechanic. it was running excellent and I had a fuel leak and now I cant get it to start. The engine has 47. 00 original miles and does turn over so a diesel mechanic could probably get it running without too much trouble. I'm guessing maybe an injector pump? Injectors? possible air draw from a fuel tank leak? either way I'm selling it as a parts truck. maybe someone needs a good diesel engine or a good solid 1991 cab. The utility body on the truck could be fixed if someone wanted to remove it from the truck and weld some steal in the floors. the boxes themselves aside from one door is in really nice shape. the cab of the truck is super solid. one fender has some DIY body work. other then that. the rest of the cab is solid. the cab interior is near Mint. you will not find a nicer interior so if someone needs a cab this one is nice. I am selling this truck as a parts truck as reflected in my low "BUY IT NOW PRICE". this is a perfect truck for someone needing these parts. I believe the engine alone is worth my "BUY IT NOW". I will require a $200 non-refundable deposit at auction end and remaining balance within 5 days by Cash in person or certified funds. vehicle will be released when funds clear.
