Description of 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe

This is a solid driver mustang I have had it the last year putting it together. Originally a 289 4bbl 3 speed car with rare Emberglo paint and Parchment interior. 3:00 8in axle. It has a rThe reason I am selling is to fund the purchase of a 66 to 77 Broncoebuilt 289 with 302 heads. mild cam. Eldelbrock 4bbl carb. Parts replaced new when put together. Clutch pack. Motor mounts. plugs. wires. cap. heater core and hoses. U-joints. Brake Lines. Master Cylinder. fuel tank. Has 4 wheel drum brakes a 4 speed overdrive toploader tranny out of a 82 F100 truck. I ran this combo in my other Mustang with 24mpg average. Great for a driver car. It is under yellow epoxy primer now and 80% ready for you choice of paint color. Has Shelby Racing Apron. I put a decent set of black seats in it and cheap carpet to get it running. I have new Parchment door panels and original seats to if you would rather have them they need new covers etc. I have manual guages in it now with 5in monster Tach. also has new Hooker glasspack mufflers. New Front and Rear window seals with all molding in good shape just not installed while getting ready to paint. Rocker molding is not real good. Also a box of new small parts to use after paint. Car has 51k actual miles on it I am 3rd owner car was parked by original owner in 84 when he blew the 289 sat untill 9 years ago in a garage then 2nd owner bought it for a father son project and never completed I purchased it 1 year ago. The reason I am selling is to fund the purchase of a 66 to 77 Bronco. Car needs fuel gauge fixed. exhaust ran out the back if you choose I was going with side exit but have not got to it yet. and an alignment it drives ok but pulls to Right some. It has old school centerlines. tires are decent put them on to get it driving. This is a Alabama car and there is NO TITLE comes with Bill of Sale and Copy of Registration ONLY. AL never issued Titles on pre 75 vehicles. Mustang is for sale locally so I reserve the right to close auction at any time. This will make some one a really nice car with paint and interior or enjoy it as it is!!!
