Description of 1955 Ford F-100

1955 Ford F100 V8. Manual 3 Speed on the column. This truck was purchased on eBay from Texas. The truck is in overall decent condition considering the age. I started the process to get my NC tilte. and had the NC DMV view thr truck only to discover that some time in the trucks past someone tried to alter the frame VIN#. I already have several cars/trucks in the DMV system waiting on title and I just don't want to add another to the list. I beleive it would be possible for the truck to get a NC "Non-Op" title if someone wanted to take the time. If you know your state's DMV laws or if you have a good frame and wish to swap out the good parts of this truck. it could make a good vehicle. HOWEVER. I make no gaurantee that you can get a title for the truck. so it is essentially being sold as parts. I started bidding low. but I am not going to totally give the truck away. The purchase price on eBay was more than $7000 and additional work was done so I am looking for a little more than 60% of my investment. New Brakes all around. new gas tank. sheet metal work done. motor fires right up. grille not shown. but included. New radiator. New wiring harness. does have hood. now installed.
