Description of 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible Shelby Cobra GT 350H Custom Resto mod

1967 Ford Mustang Convertible Shelby Cobra GT 350H Custom Resto Mod w/ AC and a 347 Stroker with 420 HP and automatic trans and original dash signed by Carol Shelby with certificate of authenticity included. This car received a frame off restoration and any part sheet metal and accessory that needed work was replaced or restored. The work was performed by Florida Mustang under the ownership of Stan Adams. All receipts for parts and label are on file. The car has been maintained garage since restoration. The front suspension has been completely replaced with Total Control front control arms adjustable struts with Ron Morris coil over shock which are fully adjustable. The car has been lowered and handles extremely well. A flaming river manual rack and pinion steering setup was also installed along with a Flaming River title or adjustable steering wheel. Willwood power disc brakes were installed on the front with high performance slotted discs and power cylinders. Braking response is exceptional. The car received a new set of 17 X 9 Carroll Shelby Wheels made by American Racing. These were limited addition with knock off spinners and high performance radials on all four corners. Original Shelby parts such as the rear tail light assemblies sequential tail lights and tail buckets front and rear hood as well as the front clip and headlights were used. The door jams hinges doors and engine cowl were completely replaced. The car was painted with PPG Jaguar Racing Green and clear coated after all existing paint was removed. The original engine was removed for the car and replaced with a Smeding Brothers 347 Extreme Engine. This is on of the finest custom engines on the market and is hand built blueprinted and dyne tested at the shop before delivery. The engine specifications and dyne results are available on the file. It features aluminum Edelbrok heads and intake high performance camshaft Holly 4 barrels Petronix/MSD electronic ignition chrome fuel pump high performance water pump and 100 amp alternator. The purchase price of the engine alone is approximately 8895.00. The engine is rated at 420 horsepower and 405 pounds of torque see Dyno Test. It comes equipped with a Edelbrock 500 CFM Carburetor. The car has Selby stainless steel exhaust system with custom headers along with Flowmaster 40 mufflers and stainless steel quad tips. The interior has been completely restored including door sills dash seats instruments....The gauge cluster is all custom with Auto Meter white faced gauges with a tach/160 mph speedometer signed by Carrol Shelby (1200.00) The dash and console have brushed aluminum appliqués. The interior features a rare inline air condition system which is fully functional and a heater has never been disconnected. The A/C was completely refurbished by Classic Auto Air in Tampa Florida (documentation is in the file) and the compressor/dryer are new as well. The AC blows cold throughout the entire car just like a new car. The interior also features an original Shelby console with quartz clock and vacuum gauges by Auto Meter. An original 68 Shelby roll bar has been added as well. The seats were restored and upgraded using modern head rests and saddle tan seat covers made by TGI. Insulation and new carpeting along with restored seat belts were added. The stereo features a AM/FM/CD with high performance speakers and power amps located in the trunk of the car. All glass has been replaced. The power convertible top has been replaced and the power cylinders have either been replaced or refurbished. The car is in excellent condition. An album which documents the parts purchased will be included with the car along with the original dash signed by Carrol Shelby with a certificate of authenticity.
