Description of 1968 Ford Mustang

Hi and thanks for looking. This is a 1968 Mustang that has great and very rare options. You can check everywhere on ebay or across the web and not find more than one or two with these options together. To start off with C4 automatic with the factory console Convenience Control Panel which are the 4 lights in the middle of the dash which show seat beltsemergency brakedoor ajar and low fuel. It also has tilt away steeringvisibility group which is a light in the glove boxunder the hood and in the trunk. E-70X14 wide oval tires which I now have 205 70 14 BF Goodrich TAs. Power steeringAM radioTinted GlassDeluxe Seat BeltsChrome Styled Wheels and Deluxe interior. It has the original rear axle with 2.79 gears which are great for most any driving. It also has the neat turn signal hood with the turn signal lights in it. This car sat in a garage for years when the heater core went out and they left the carpet wet from it so I had to put a patch on the passenger floor where it rusted a small hole and that was the only rust anywhere. This car only has 77000 original miles which is very low for a car of this age. The owner before me installed a 302 with a C4 behind it but as an added bonus you get the original 289 and C4 that was in the car from new if you want to put it all back original. It is complete from the intake manifold to the exhaust manifolds. Since I have gotten the car I have done just about everything. All this has been done within the last 100 miles. new front end kit with upper and lower control armstie rod endsbushings etc.New stainless steel headers and dual exhaust system complete with dura max mufflers and rebuilt drive line. new emergency brake cable New Monroe shocksNew gas tankand new bumpers. I took off the 2 barrel manifold and installed 68 J code four barrel manifold that was on a 68 Shelby GT350 that I had along with a 600 Holley. I also installed a chrome engine dress up for valve covers air cleaner and oil filter. Inside I rebuilt the heater completely with new heater corefoam kitdefrost plenum and cables and it works great. The convenience control group is super cool with red and blue warning lights. After a couple of seconds the blue door lights star flashing when the door is open and the red brake light also starts flashing when the e brake is on. The belt light goes off after about 15 seconds. The tilt works great in all positions but the cable is broke for the tilt away and it is about 150 to repair it. It has the overhead console and the lights both work. It has a bunch of interior lights and they all work. The front drivers seat had a small rip in the seam so I had them redone with new foam and covers. The back seat is all original. I went though and replaced window rollers and greased the guides etc. and they work nice. I installed new door panels arm rest door pullsdash pad and I have a dash mat that I forgot to get a picture of but comes with the car. I also forgot to get a picture of the spare tire which is a rally wheel like the rest of them with a ta tire. It has a new windshield (tinted) and the rest of the windows are original and factory tinted. The chrome rally wheels are original with new center caps and beauty rings.I had this Mustang painted the original color of Acapulco Blue which I think is one of the best colors ever on a Mustang. I am sure I have forgot a lot so if you have any other questions give me a call at 208 863 1430. This is not a GT but I like the looks of it this way. You may notice I changed the horn pad alsojust a few things so it doesn't look like every other Mustang out there. Because of the ago there is nowarrantyexpressed or implied.I have so much money in this car I quit counting and if it were a fastback or conv. you would be looking at about $60000 with these options and condition so this is a great deal to get into a classic Mustang and ready for the summer. Thanks
