Description of 1968 GMC Other

1968 GMC 910 Custom. Located in Red Deer Albert Canada. Ships Worldwide.
This truck is in very good original condition. It has been sitting in a barn in southern Alberta Canada since 1989. The body has it's factory paint on it. There have been no repairs. The cab is very clean with only some minor surface rust on the floor and at the bottom of the drivers side kick panel. The interior floor matting was removed to show the condition of the floor. The bottom of the passenger side front fender, elow the battery box has a rust hole through the metal. The bed has a wood floor that is in good usable shape. The tailgate is dented badly on the top. We chose not to replace it to preserve the matching paint and original look of the truck. A new windshield was just installed, ew wipers, attery, il change and tune up have also been done. The coil spring suspension was lowered 4" to give the truck a nice stance.
The original 6 cylinder engine was replaced with a 1980's 350 V8 that is in good running condition. It has no power steering or brakes. The exhaust is going to need attention. It is functional and quiet but has a lot of tie wire and it rattles against the frame. The brakes work well. The heater and all the lights work. The bench seat has a cover on it. The seat is not original but has good structure and can be re finished.
You can drive the truck as is or restore it. It is in good running, riving, riginal condition.
