Description of 1955 GMC 5 window Shortbed pickup 5 window GMC half ton

~*~*~ REAL CLASSIC AMERICANA CRUISER RARE 1955 GMC CUSTOM CAB ~*~*

This truck overall is pretty clean and will get the heads turning and thumbs up when hitting the road. It's rare solid front window short bed 5 window with optional side spare tire mount sitting on custom polished aluminum wheels wider in back and narrow up front. Has a rebuilt original inline 6 cylinder with 3 speed on tree manual trans fires right up, dles nice and runs great! Again original type so not power steering, o disc brakes just the good ol turn the wheel n pump the brakes kinda oldie.

This old ride had a frame off done years ago by previous owner as they did all the work, aint had been painted very nicely black, ab all around painted, nside the fenders, irewall etc. The engine area and thru out inside cab you'll find stuff powder coated glossy black such as inner fenders; front supports; oil bath container, ilter container, eat frames and mounts, nder dash vent; even the hood hinges, alve cover etc. and more.

The body I can tell was blocked to perfection because it's dent free and looks straight down the sides and around cab and inside door jams. Don't get me wrong this was a resto done around 8 years ago so you;ll find some small scratches and little dings paint fading n little clear pealingon the front driver fender see the pics. If you took the time to buff and polish this truck on a weekend it would reflect like show!

Paint is a custom metallic pearl blue, ven the original wheels are painted to match the truck have nice rubber. There is some work still need as you would expect from an old ride, linker assembly needs replacing, he tail light is cracked, he speedo gage doesn't work, he bed has all the moldings but the wood can use updating, ront seat needs upholstery, he steering wheel is not original.

Take a look at it speaks for itself, gain this is the last of the 1st series body style rare and not like the chevy that they made many more of. Check out the grill and front support it's clean and matches the truck. My reserve is low consider the condition thus still leaving any buyer with extra funds to do as they please with it. Offered for sale locally and trades are welcomed for muscle cars or classics. Have a few other rides ill be selling soon 1969 big block 440 coronet, 968 buick skylark custom and 1969 Original Firebird.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN'T COMPLETE THE DEAL, O SCAMMERS AND NO BIDDERS WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I'm in no rush to sell and not hurting financially so BID TO WIN.

SOLD AS IS

To all that have inquired directly i will take pictures & video of entire truck by Saturday including under carriage. One thing i do have to point out is that i do not have the key for the spare tire wheel lock that holds it in place, his simple fix either drill it out or have lock smith. If you have any questions please email and i will get whatever pictures you like of it to you right away. As you can see it's pretty nice looking truck however still in need some tlc not a show truck yet. Thanks and best of luck Happy Biddingdaddyz4.sd@gmail.com
