Description of 1953 GMC 100

A 1953 gmc pick up truck old frame off with a modern four wheel drive frame. it ran when i got it with a 12volt charging system installed and a late 60s or earlier 70s chevy 4wd frame installed with front wheel lock out hubs. i rebuilt the carb but never got to install it yet. it has 28,463 original miles on it. has a clear title and needs cab corners. body and bed good and solid. floor needs a few patches. not too bad for the year. plexiglass side windows will need replaced. 6 cylinder gm original motor. used to belong to a fire department and they installed the 4wd frame to use it on brush fires. thats why the mileage is so low this truck. low starting price for this rare piece of history. great winter project. pick up only will not ship.
