Description of 1985 GMC Jimmy

This Jimmy is the one you wanted back in the 80's but didn't get. It was my dream truck! I would never sell this truck but I have to put some money into my business. Interior: This Jimmy has an immaculate interior with no rips or tears. the original stereo works (however its touchy. might need some work). nobody smoked in it. everything works except the forward window switch for the sliding rear window. The motors for all the windows have been rebuilt so they are strong. I replaced the turn signal and wiper actuator. I am METICULOUS! Mechanics: New rear brakes and lines. pro cut OEM Paint. fresh tune. new head lamps. newer Firestone MT tires. exhaust. new emblems. This Jimmy gets looks and people talk to me all the time. I hope you love it as much as I do! Please examine the photos and ASK QUESTIONS! I want you to have the whole story! This vehicle is listed locally and might come down at any time. Recently SOLD but the buyer had last minute financing issues. so back on market! I AM VERY METICULOUS!!! There are no major issues to report. This truck isn't even subject to the normal wear and tear of a 30 YEAR OLD CLASSIC Vehicle. Transmission has just been serviced and went ahead and rebuilt the carb for good measure. New Firestone Destination M/T's on stock wheels and newer professionally cut paint. The interior is very very clean. please see the pictures and please ask questions. In 1985 this truck sold for about $12. 00. Thats about $26. 00 today. With the previous generation starting to see 18K-20K+ in excellent condition. it is safe to say that these are next to start appreciating. they are a permanent staple in truck history. Selling this truck for $9-10K in today's pricing is about $4500 in 1985. No classic appreciation to this price. Good Luck!!!This truck can be shipped almost anywhere for $1000 or less. I have a great referral contact for shipping.
