Description of 1962 GMC 1000 Series

This is a 1962 GMC series 1000 step side that has beautiful patina. It has the largest production engine available at the time, the Big block 305 V6 (not a typo).
This is geared through a 3 speed on the floor. Shifter needs to be reinstalled.Truck is lowered as you can see from the pictures. It has been primered in some places not sure why but it used to be a very nice green-blue which is still under the primer. Would be very nice for a "Patina" build and LS swap.Truck does run if you pour some gas into it's bowls. Currently needs a gas tank and shifter reinstalled to run and drive again. The frame is SOLID.Will need body work for the cab corners and outer floor pans, very common in these trucks.
Price is 1999.99 OBO very reasonable price for a shortbed!
Clean and clear title ready to go.
Truck will have to be trailered due to its current state.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and arrangements.
$500 non refundable deposit due Via PayPal once offer is accepted.
Remainder of the balance is to be paid via cash, check, or wire transfer. Vehicle won't move until transfer or check clears.

This is a great truck and they're hard to find!
