Offering for sale my 1987 GMC 1/2 ton Sierra Stepside truck. I am about 85% complete with this full frame off restoration and work is still in process. I currently have invested over $23000. 00 in parts and materials not counting labor or body and paint time. Almost all metal parts have been powder coated including the frame. all the engine sheet metal and hard parts. sway bars. brake calipers. front suspension and rear axle. The chassis is so beautiful its almost a shame to put the cab and bed back on it. The body work is completed. body parts not installed are ready for installation. The motor is a fresh ZZ4 5. 7L with roller cam. roller rockers. TBI and a 700r4 transmission. these are also complete and ready for assembly and installation. The rear end is a factory 10 bolt with a Eaton Posi. 3:42 gears with Moser axles. The wheels are custom made 17x8 and 17x10 with a full polish. The quality of this complete frame off restoration gets no better. this is a straight show quality build and viewing in person is beyond what any pic can show. I have also included some pics of the truck when I purchased it to show the progress. These trucks a very hot right now. a completed build like this will pull 30k plus all day long. I know this as its my third one! I have some other projects that need my time so I am ok with letting this one go. No cut up air baged kids truck here!Will consider completing this truck for the buyer at an agreed upon price.
