Description of 1993 GMC Sierra 2500 SLE

You will be hard pressed to find another 1993 GMC this clean. I bought this truck a few months ago to replace my other GMC that I have had for 12 years and it never left me stranded once. This truck is too nice to tow, Plow or work with so I am putting it out there and see if anyone is interested. I bought this truck from the original owner who was in his 80's. He garage kept this truck since new and it shows throughout.
The body is rust free and original paint. This truck never was in an accident and no paintwork of any kind except for a few scratch touch ups. There is one ding in the passenger door and some minor chips/scratches from use but it is overall stunning. The paint still has a great shine throughout the truck. No rust in the rockers or cab corners. The bottom of the truck is just about as clean as the top. Some light surface rust here and there but it is overall in amazing shape.
The interior is probably as close to new as you will find. The headliner is starting to sag from age but the rest of ot is just about new. Look at the pics, It is that nice.
Mechanically it is superb. About four years ago while having routine maintenance done on it at his nephews repair shop he noticed some slight oxidation on the brake lines. His nephew offered to paint them but he wanted no part of it. He had all of the brake lines, Fuel lines, Fuel tank, Brakes, Rotors, Drums and four new Toyo tires put on. It was driven less than 500 miles since this work was done. It starts right up with no issues at all. These 1993 diesels are the best year to own. They have a turbo but have a mechanical injection pump so that eliminates all of the electronic issues some of these older GM 6.5 diesels have. The trans shifts as smooth as butter and th 4x4 works perfectly. The heat is hot and the AC is ice cold.
With only 57k on it this truck has tons of life in it. If you are looking for a nice older GMC that needs nothing and dries like new this may be your truck. I am a dealer but this one I bought to keep but I do have too many toys and I always have access to a truck so I really don't need it. I have put about 1000 miles on it and driving this reminds me how nice these trucke were when new. They are great trucks and pretty simple to work on. If you have any questions please ask away. I have about 60 pics but Ebay will only let me put on 24 so I have more to send. I will also be posting a walk around video of the truck. The reserve price is much less than the BUY IT NOW so bid to win. Thanks for looking.
