Finished in red over a red interior, this 1967 GMC short bed has had a full rotisserie restoration. a rebuilt 283 hooked to a 3-speed transmission, this shortbed is a great driving and very detailed truck from top to bottom.The chassis was stripped to bare metal and refinished in semi-gloss black paint. The suspension was completely rebuilt from front to rear, the braking system has been rebuilt, as has the steering system. The truck sits as stock height and is a breeze to drive around town. It has power steering, and power front disc brakes. Prior to reinstalling the cab and the bed, all of the body bushings were replaced. The truck rides on restored wheels with brand new tires and trim rings.

The engine is a smooth running 283 CI attached to a Turbo 350. Both have been rebuilt, and keeping the engine cool is a Champion aluminum radiator. The exhaust exits through a dual aluminized exhaust that has a nice factory tone.

The interior features nice, new red paint to match the exterior of the truck. The seat was stripped and restored and has new padding, redone springs, and a new red cover. Also new are the carpeting, dash pad, and door handles. Take a look under the dash and you’ll find a new wiring harness, and also a new AC system that will keep you cool all summer long.

For the GM enthusiast in search of a really clean and restored ride, this GMC is a well done example.
