1993 Accord Sedan Manual 4 cyl – Brown – Red Cloth

Title: Clean title - Present at dealership

This 1993 Accord 5-speed sedan started up and drove around the lot but has mechanical and cosmetic issues. The Carfax report shows 3 owners and 2 accidents in the right front and rear. There is no body damage that affects drivability but the lights are untested.

With repairs this could be a good budget car for someone or good for parts or scrap:

• Just a very worn out car.
• Battery needs to be replaced
• Lots of cosmetic rust
• 1 tire showing cords.
• Lower and upper ball joints loose.
• Windshield cracked
• Oil leaks
• Hood does not close completely
• AC and cruise and lights untested
• Heater is stuck on blowing at an unknown level. The knobs are missing
• Shifter is loose but usable
• Clutch is currently in usable condition
• Needs new battery.
• Drove around OK and interior usable.
• PLEASE NOTE: The vehicle started by being jumped. It may be able to be driven home. It may need to be towed home for unforeseen circumstances.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition/value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The Seller, RiverTown Honda, shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with the Buyer’s request prior to the close of the Sale. IF you have less than 10 feedbacks on eBay, please contact us prior to bidding. We reserve the right to remove bids of buyers with low or poor feedback.

Please do NOT show up Saturday to pick up this vehicle UNLESS you have completed all paperwork that Alex has sent you.

The Winning Bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of the close of the auction and make arrangements for payment at that time.

PLEASE send us your information as soon as possible to speed up the transaction for your benefit and ours.

A non-refundable $500 deposit is also due within (24) hours of the close of the auction. This deposit can be made through Pay Pal. PayPal is for the deposit only with the balance due in cash or a cashier’s check and is due within (7) days of auction end. If no contact is made within (24) hours, RiverTown reserves the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next highest Bidder or sell it otherwise. Not all Banks and Credit Unions will finance older vehicles with more than 100K miles. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

If full payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and keep the $500 deposit.

The Buyer is responsible for the pickup of this vehicle within 7 days following the close of the auction. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle. A $50 per day storage fee will be added after 7 days.All vehicles are delivered with 1 key unless otherwise noted in the description. As these are Pre-Owned vehicles, they may have chips, dings, scratches and other imperfections not listed in the description.Our Michigan Dealer License will only allow us to complete paperwork at our location in Grandville, Michigan. The vehicle title will be mailed to you. RiverTown Honda does not accept trades on eBay purchases.

We do not handle the shipping of vehicles. As the Buyer, you would be responsible for obtaining a quote, hiring and payment to the Shipping Company of your choice. RiverTown Honda is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred by any such Shipping Company.

If you are unclear about anything, ASK! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to cancel a listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Please do not bid on our vehicles unless you are serious about owning the vehicle. Bidding on this auction is a legally binding contract to purchase. All non-paying high Bidders will be reported to eBay with corresponding negative feedback.
