Description of 1990 Honda CRX

Up for sale is my 1990 Honda crx. I've spent the past few months mildly restoring and upgrading this car. This crx is rust free. It runs and drives excellent, and has less than 100 miles on the motor and trans since rebuild.
When I bought the car someone painted it two tone white and blue, so I had it painted white again because it was originally a white car. It had no motor or transmission, so I sourced a d16z6 out of a 95 civic ex and an L3 trans from a 91 crx. I refreshed the motor with new piston rings, rod bearings, main bearings, and gaskets. I pulled the transmission apart and replaced all the bearings, synchro's, and seals. While I had it apart I replaced the countershaft and ring gear with those from a 91 crx si transmission for a better final drive ratio, giving the car faster acceleration. I also installed an lsd block inside the differential.
Because I was installing an obd1 engine into a car that is obd0, I had to modify some of the original engine and chassis harnesses. It is now wired for multi port fuel injection, a 4 wire o2 sensor, and an obd1 distributor. The chassis harness is modified to accept an obd1 ecu, and has been wired for vtec.
When building this car I wanted to keep it as original as possible. The chassis and suspension components are all original and in excellent shape. The factory front subframe has been replaced with aftermarket adjustable traction bars, allowing the installation of a half size radiator. This also allows the extra room for a turbo install in the future if the new owner desires. The original front subframe will go with the car when sold.
The interior is complete and in decent shape for its age. The battery has been relocated to the trunk to save room under the hood. It is mounted in a battery box and run with 2ga wire to a common post near the fuse panel under hood.
The engine has new plug wires, plugs, distributor cap, rotor, gates timing belt, water pump, stainless header, and Tenrai catback exhaust. It still has factory catalytic converter.
This car is in very good condition and though it has been upgraded, the modifications are subtle and tasteful. I would love to keep it, but I have too many toys already. The only downside on it are the tires. It has factory steel 13" wheels with chrome beauty rings on them. The tires are old, dry rotted, and have white overspray on them. I didn't replace them because I had intended to get new rota slipstreams for the car, but sometimes plans change. Thank you for looking. If you have any questions please feel free to message me, I will get back to you as fast as possible.
