1991 Honda Civic Hatchback 5 Speed Manual One Owner. Tahitian Green Pearl

For Sale: 1991 Honda Civic. 5 Speed Manual. Tahitian Green Pearl. One owner. My wife bought this car brand new and has lovingly cared for this car for 306K miles but is ready to let it go. Runs very good, drives very good, shifts, stops, steers very good. Extra set of rims with 4 new tires. Has two full sets of hubcaps. 4 full hubcaps as shown on pictures on one side of the car and also a set of small center caps as shown on the other side of the car in the pictures. Recent alternator, brakes, heater blower motor, fuel pump relay. New air conditioner compressor and R-134 freon conversion. Air conditioner works good. While not perfect, the body overall is in pretty good condition. Three small rust spots, minor door dings and the hood has a scratch and the clear coat is coming off the hood. Original hood was damaged and replaced with a new hood but the paint is not as good as the factory paint. Interior and dash are very good except the driver’s seat which has a bad spot under the left front seat cover. Radio and cassette player do not work. The left CV joint boot has a crack in it but it has not been driven in rain since noticing the crack. It is due for the timing belt/water pump replacement. Also two of the spark plugs seem to be seized in the head and I did not want to force them to remove them so I just left them and it seems to run fine but someday will need to be changed. Clutch is good but throw out bearing has an intermittent squeak. Possibly could be driven as is for a brief time but it would be best to do the timing belt and the cv joint right away. Own a vehicle that is sure to become a classic and increase in value. Hot wheels even made a model of this car in 2014. Local pickup only with cash in Wichita, Kansas.
