1990 Honda CRX modified as follows1. '96 VTec engine.2.Adjustable coil overs,3.Power mirrors, power windows.4.Pontiac Fiero heated seats with speakers in head rest5. Cruise control.7. After market radio with GPS.8. Body kit9. Heat/sound insulation visible in picture of spare.10. The floor of the storage shelves behind the front seats was of flimsy particle board. It has been replaced with Aluminum11. The interior is new. In addition, I had made a cover for the rear carpet to protect it.12. car has had head work done after a timing belt failure. There is likely less than 1- 2,000 miles on it.13. New clutch within several thousand miles. List of faults.1. There is rust, most prominently in the rear fenders (see pictures). I have the sheet metal to repair this. There is rust under the fiberglass body kit on the sides. There is rust visible in the view of the rear suspension. This is not visible. There had been rust on what would be the rails, if this were not a unibody car but that was perfectly, professionally repaired by my restoration shop.2. The car DOES have AC but the compressor has failed.3. There is some front end work needing to be done.My restoration shop estimated that the cost of these repairs would be about $3,000. A more talented person than I am could do them at half the cost. I've enjoyed the car but it has not "punched all the buttons" for me and I have way too many cars. It needs to be driven. The work necessary for driving a lot includes only the front end work.4. When the computer module failed, only a module for an automatic transmission car could be located. Therefore, the trouble light remains on. I don't know if it could be turned off.5. The rear glass wiper isn't working. (fuse? motor?)6. This one is minor and an easy fix: I take my dog with me all the time. i have vacuumed but there remains some dog hairs. If you are allergic to dog, best to not bid.
