Description of 1983 Honda Accord LX

For sale is a 1983 Honda Accord. I have owned the car for a little over a year. and have driven it almost daily. As far as I know. the car has been in SC its whole life. Body is rust free and in good shape for the most part. The paint appears to be original. but is pretty faded. The interior is in pretty good shape for the age. just some sun fading on the seats. The gauges all work. except the tach jumps around sometimes. It has cruise control which also works. Air conditioning was converted to R134A before I bought it. and blows cool but not super cold. The engine is original as far as I know. and has an aftermarket Weber carburetor which was installed when I got it. It will be in need of tires soon. It has also recently developed a coolant leak that I can't seem to find. it loses about a quart over a month or so. The car does run and drive. but I have never taken it on a very long trip. so you may want consider hauling it home if you live more than a couple hours away.
