Description of 1975 International Harvester Scout XLC

ARIZONA RUST FREE Scout II XLC project. This was a project started by a gentleman that has passed away. No motor, o trans, o wiring, o interior, nd no top. This is a tub on a rolling chassis. (Tub, hassis & axles on rolling rubber as seen in photos).
PROS: Rear deck, illars, ockers, owl, loors, helf, ills, edges, tc. are rust free. New rubber body mounts, ew leaf springs (arched to provide a lift), pgraded drilled slotted front disk (no calipers though online for $30 each).
CONS: Both tail caps have some damage and the right rear 1/4 is rolled under behind the wheel. Trans cross member bracket on passenger side was cut off at some point and replaced with a steel plate to support the cross member. A small hole had been cut in the rear deck to access the sending unit in fuel tank. I think that is all the cons.
If you don't see it in the photos or mentioned in this ad, ts not there. Bare tubs that need extensive sheet metal work sell for around $2500 back east and over $3000 for rust free tubs.
