Description of 1957 International Harvester 100

NO RESERVE! RARE! International Harvester A100 Shortbed "Golden Jubilee" Anniversary Edition. 5 Day Auction ONLY. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE. Highest bid wins truck. This anniversary edition pickup was made on June 12, 1957 and sold to the Seattle, WA dealer. It is a 1957 model but titled/registered as a 1958 by the dealer which was common for the left over models that didn't sell in '57. The original Line Setting ticket tells it all (still located above drivers side interior visor). I also have a digital copy of the line setting ticket as well that will be included. From the information I have gathered over the years they say less than 75 of these anniversary edition pickups are left in existence. In October 2009 one sold for $52,500 on Mecum and that is a documented sale. I have yet to see others. This truck was International Harvesters way to compete with the Chevy Cameo and Dodge Sweptline of that time. It has the original 220ci six cylinder engine and 3sp. manual transmission (3 on the tree). Has not been ran since 2010 and was parked due to the brake master cylinder and prior to that only used around the property. I am unaware of the mechanical condition. This truck is considered a project and will need trailered but appears to be complete. The cab is rusty and floorboards are gone. The bed is in the best shape out of the whole truck which is actually the most critical/hard to find piece since they are unique to the anniversary edition/custom cab pickup. This truck has been locally owned it's entire life and I am the third owner and know the previous history and have receipts/manuals for it as well and they will be included with sale. The body appears to be straight and needs the rust repair in cab. This would need a full restoration. Clear WA title in my name. Only selling this and my 1972 Chevy C10 (see my other auction for C10) because I am buyinga vacation property and downsizing the collection. Buyer will pay for all shipping/handling costs. I can store truck free of charge for up to two Months while shipping arrangements are being made by buyer, if more time is needed that can be discussed between buyer/seller. Truck comes in "as-is" condition no warranty written or implied. ONLY 5 Day Auction with NO RESERVE so highest bid wins truck. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE. There is a $1,000 non refundable deposit due with 24hrs of auction end via PayPal. The remainder of funds is due within 3 days via bank wire transfer. Please reference my 100% positive feedback as both a buyer/seller. I have sold several classic cars on here over the years and try to list everything I know to the best of my knowledge. Feel free to ask me questions. Good luck Bidding!
