1937 International Harvested D2 Pickup

1/2 ton pickup truck, manual transmission, "Green Diamond" 6 cylinder L head engine.Fresh barn find. Not sure if engine is stuck or not, have not tried to turn it over. Sheet metal has seen better days. Possible Rat Rod project?
