Description of 1948 International Harvester Other

SOLD WITH BILL OF SALE ONLY. OUT OF CALIFORNIA DMV SYSTEM. Up for sale is a 1948 International harvester KB-2. the truck is a great patina project that I'm looking to build a custom out of but I have so many projects that I'm OK letting this one go. The KB-2 is pretty complete. the engine is there but missing the head. its GREEN DIAMOND straight six with a manual transmission. The truck is all original and even has both front and rear bumpers. It is missing the cylinder head. all the glass. some of the grill trim pieces (I have about 6 strips that are not mounted). driver door opens with the inside crank only (haven't tried fixing it)The rims are 16 inch. I have 2 hub caps. The bed is all steel. The truck has minimal rust. It rolls freely. The truck is sold as is with a BILL OF SALE ONLY. the truck is out of the DMV and last tagged in 1962 based on the plates that is has (those are not for sale and can not be registered to this truck since they are 1956 plates and YOM only works for actual year. 1948 in this case)The data plate from the firewall is gone but the VIN KB2-69058 is on the frame and that is used to register old trucks in CA. Both cab and bed model tags are intact. Shipping a buyers expense. reserve is set low but I'm fine with keeping it and building it down the road. Please ask any questions before bidding.
