This is a very well preserved vehicle and the Leather interior does have some patina showing its age however it is all intact. The vehicle had one repaint in the early 90s and the paint is in very nice condition and shows very well. Vin # 791550 Odometer 93,813 Actual miles

The Mark IX was the first production Jaguar to offer four-wheel servo-assisted Dunlop disc brakes and recirculating ball power steering. The brake system included a vacuum reserve tank to preserve braking in the event that the engine stalled and the brakes are equipped with an electromagnetic valve that maintained brake pressure at rest when the brake pedal was released to prevent the car from rolling back on an incline, ence its name "Hill Holder". The sunshine roof became a standard fitting for the UK market.
