Description of 1967 Jaguar E-Type

Up for auction is my 1967 Jaguar XKE 2+2 Coupe. This car has not been on the road since 1978. It had
been sitting in a garage in Indiana when I bought it in 2008 with intentions of making it a Pro Touring car.
It has been sitting in my garage ever since! This Jag has been converted to a Chevy small block drive train.
It had a running 350 Chevy with a 350 turbo auto transmission. It was a running moving car when the motor and
transmission were pulled to do the body work and never put back in. This Jag is set up with all motor mounts and
transmission mounts for a small block. Brake system was gone through with new lines, new power brake master cylinder
ans the shocks were converted to coil overs to make it ride and handle better. Body on this car is in great shape!
It has solid original floors and only a couple of metal patches to finish. The hood scoop was raised approximately
3 inches to accomodate carbs or super charger. The body has to be finished. All of the hard work is done! I have
all of the glass for the car, the windshield is sonly sitting in place. The interior is in good shape too! I have
all the door panels and regulators for the windows and doors. Also I have all the trim for the interior, window
moldings and other parts to finish assembling this car. Many small parts---see pictures. This is a classic Jag that is ready for your finishing touches. Jag is NOT a "rust bucket" it is solid.
I have 90% of all the small parts to finish the car door handles, wipers, knobs etc. It is missing some of the
small gauges. This will be one beautiful fast and furious Jag when all finish work is completed!
I have a clear title on the car. These Jags are just going up in value and to have one with a Chevy drive train
simply makes it more dependable and fun to drive. It is being sold with NO engine or transmission. Any questions?
