Description of 1994 Jaguar XJ12 XJ Series

This is a chance to own an amazingly powerful, elegant, full sized XJ-12 V12 6.0L sports sedan. This car has Thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in it, but I am ready for something new. I have quite a few years into this car and I am ready for something new, so Im considering letting this one go to make room. It is not flawless - but it presents itself very well.
Runs Great, Shifts great and has lots of power through a very long torquecurve.

Looks like a full resto-mod, but I really spent most of the money into getting this car in perfect, reliable running condition. There are lots of "weak links" in these cars, and I have remediedall that I can think of. This is my 3rd XJ
the two known issues that I can think of - There is a bushing that causes a clunk when hitting the brakes in reverse - needs fixed.. and the sunroof does not open.

That's really just a taste of this work done here -Ive been threw mostly everything looking for stuff to fix.All of the buttons switches and bulbs work - heated seats work, all the fancy Jaguar stuff works
The motor is a true 6.0L V-12 Sports sedan, Automatic transmission with electronic SPORT mode, independent rear axle with posi. 4 wheel zinc coated disc brakes with multi piston front calipers and drilled and slotted Brembo rotors all around. 150 mph speedometer, Synthetic fluids throughout. All maintenance items have been addressed. All authentic jaguar parts and fluids used whenever possible. Always serviced by Doug at Kats Jaguar on S. Jason St in Denver Colorado.
This car has every option available plus many factory upgrades. The pictures are great, but are nothing like seeing this car in person _ and NOTHING LOOKS COOLER THAN THIS CAR ROLLING DOWN THE ROAD!! I get looks and compliments everywhere I go.This car truly looks like a million bucks. It has factory security system and it DOES have the rear window shades as well as the parlor tables and the rear reading lamps. Seriously - this one has every option except the phone kit and the hood ornament(not offered on the v12, but I had one installed)
Cleanest and best maintained one you might ever see that did not spend its whole life stuffed in storage. Jade green pearl metallic paint, full chrome and gold edition with concourse d'elegance gold grill badge. Includes all of the dealers literature, magazine clippings, owners manuals, Jaguar maintenance club cards and more - CUSTOM fit Jaguar Coventry staggered ( 275/35/18 rear - 245/40/18 fronts ) wheel set (from Coventry England) with 5th as a spare, All ContinentalTires -Front tires are run-flat. Upgraded brakes to slotted & vented Dual piston jaguar type-R brakes, full custom audio system w Bluetooth, Ipod, hands free cell phone, and incredible concert quality sound. Full dynomat (sound deadened ) rear half and all doors and trunk space- Unmolested and never abused 6.0L SPORT V-12 (VERY rare in a sedan same intake manifolds as the XJ/S) with mild modifications to the intakes and brand new exhaust from the motor to the rear axles! - including all new jaguar brand catalytic converters and o2 sensors! I may have purchased the very last NOS set of these. I could go on and on about this build - Its a usablecar with nicksand bumps here and there, but it is magnificentall the same.
The modifications and "tweaks" to this car are endless, so much has gone into this car, but all done very tastefully and subtle. Custom trunk lip, European front bumper and trunk with spoiler lip. Very particular European Hella headlight bulbs, smooth chrome grill from vanden-plas, leaping jaguar hood ornament added, Super rare factory smoked tail light set - literally too much to list. Most of the upgrades to this vehicle are so subtle, you would think they built it this way.
About 19k and 300 hours to get it this way. Only genuine parts used whenever possible. Many items were fixed upgraded or modernized just to ensure years of maintenance free use. This car does not drip an drop of fluid, burn any oil and has no check engine light! No electrical issues at all.

The car could use paint in the future, it looks great, but it has some chips and is getting thin in some spots.

Audio system is as follows Pioneer DEH-80PRS Very high end deck with Burr Brown digital sound processor, 2 Alpine PDX amps (PDX-M12 and PDX-F4) - the sub amp pushes out a measured 1403 watts! ( i have the bench sheet and a pile of blown competition subs to prove it), and the other is a 100w x 4 to run the door speakers. All of the cabin speakers are Alpine type-S, there are 2 sets of component speakers custom fit into the doors, behind the factory grills. Tweeters are stealthy mounted in the front and rear dash. Full dynomat interior, high end Optima RedTop battery, 120amp alternator, Solid copper strand cables and quality connectors. Audio system is "stand alone" from the circuitryof the rest of the car. Incredible concert quality sound!! not just a bass machine, but it does pack a punch. Sub woofer is a custom built DC audio sub that is capable of over 3000 watts - REAL watts, no flea market junk anywhere.

I will add that a couple things are different then the photos - as stated in the text there is a brand new RED TOP battery in the car - and the front tires in the pictures are not the RUN FLAT tires. The car currently has RUN FLAT (also Continental) front tires. These items were replaced just days after the photos were taken. Photos are about 45 days old. Car has been driven 11 miles since the photos.
