Crevier Classic Cars is pleased to offer this 1964 Jaguar XKE Series 1 Roadster. This car was built June 20th 1963 and sold to its original owner in Sacramento, CA. It still retains its original California black license plates. It is a number match example with its original motor. This outstanding example is restored to concours level, confirmed by its status as a Best in class winner at the 2014 JCNA Concours and 1st Place at the JCNA Pitt Meadows 100th Anniversary Concours. The paint, seals, gaskets, brakes, carburetors, electrical systems, generator, starter, wiring harness, throwout bearing, master cylinder, hoses, harmonic balancer, crankshaft seals, motor valves, guides, tappets, timing chains and sensors all being done to the highest standards. New clutch and throwout bearing installed. Original gearbox and water pump included with the car. During the restoration, a 4-speed synchromesh unit was installed for ease and driving comfort along with a new water pump. Also included are a Heritage Certificate, service manual, catalog, original spinners, and spinner mallet.
