It has been repainted once many, many years ago and the color is correct, golden sand.The paint under the bonnet (engine compartments) is all original. It runs and drives but has a bit weak brakes. The brakes needs to be gone through. This Jag is nice and original underneath. All original panels, no patches, just factory sheet metal. The floor is totally solid. The body is excellent overall. If you are looking for a good solid Series 1 XKE coupe, this is your car. |
