Description of 1993 Jaguar XJ6 XJ6

1993 Jaguar XJ-6I have priced this British Classic Jaguar for a FAST SALE. MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER AND IT IS YOURS. IF IT DOES NOT SELL DURING THIS LISTING PERIOD THE CAR WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY. It is in need of TLC for sure. so please be sure to read below. Most likely a great parts car or project car for a JAGUAR enthusiast of an owner of a 1993 looking for parts or someone who wants to bring it back to life. The car is currently in dry dock at my home and may or may not start. It is my belief it will with a jump. I used this care everyday up until a few months ago. I have owned since 1996. 2nd owner car. bought with 16. 00 miles. NON SMOKING CAR Car is ready for TLC or for a project or parts car. Engine strong. transmission fine. The car had a major service about 5k miles ago. including extensive tuneup. oil change. hoses. and so on. Needs paint. might need new battery. Passed smog last time after a few attempts. Tires worn. Rear interior rarely sat on or in. Front drivers seat very worn. passenger front in nice condition. Headliner is tacked up otherwise lots of droop. Cracked light cover left rear which has allowed some rain water to seep into the trunk. Needs cleanup inside. Rims clean. ALL ORIGINAL JAG no makeshift parts. Mechanically well maintained. just an old used vehicle that had lots of use. At around 100k miles a head gasket was replaced and was done by a certified JAG expert. never a problem after repair. There is also a new fuel sending part. Those are the only two repairs beyond basic care and maintenance. Oil changed every 3 thousand miles for the time I have owned. Radio and cassette deck not right. no air anymore probably needs Freon charge. Only one door works properly. latches all broken except left rear. NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT of ANY KIND!In order to bring this car back to it's original state I would estimate the following: This is simply a rough estimate but if you wanted to bring this car back to life. I estimate it would cost you about a little more than $2000 to do it. If you are a car guy. it would cost you the time and your labor and cost of parts. 4 new tires: $400Paint Job: $400 for a budget job. $700 for a premium oneNew Headliner: $400Battery: may or may need one. not sure $100replace trunk carpet and clean up: $200Replace right rear lamp cover: $25Air Conditioner charge: $200Fix Door handles(3)- $300
