1974 postal jeep.i bought when I worked for the usps.I owned 5 of these. Ran good, o smoke or unusual noise, hift fine.good brakes.good tires.had sold on ebay for $1200.00but wouldn't start after I parked it so I cancelled auction. sure it's an easy fix.not much to these jeeps. Was goning to restore for the car show. No one has one around here.I'm sick &losing my house, eed to sell these jeeps.Should be road worthy. see no reason why not. getting surface rust. Needs 2 fenders. I have one on 1979 jeep. like new. 1979 jeep is a great parts jeep. Great hood, rill, oor, adiator looked brand new. 1 fender, ood tires, rans, ngin, ran real good.I paid over $2000.00 for both.I'm giving them away on ebay for low price.have titles for both but never transferred title in my name for the 1974. It's made out to me. I never registered it.the dmv will charge more than i'm willing to pay in fees. I can give u a notarizedletter stating this. If interested I have mail tray that I'll throw in for free. Also red/white/blue tape 1 roll, ew door seals.enough to do all 3 doors I was told.Brand new leaf springs in wrapper paid $250.Fit the other 1974 jeep I used for mail del. New door locks If I can find them.Not sure where they are. I'll throw in Roll,seal, prings for $ 175 extra.all new never used.as I said I was gonna restore the 1974. PS, he exhaust was as Quiet as they should be.But who knows after sitting awhile.so can't guarantee this.
