1988 Jeep Wrangler YJ, US Olympic Limited Edition & Coca Cola Sweepstakes Giveaway Model.
The original owner was in his 60's when he won this Wrangler from the Coca Cola Sweepstakes in 1988. He passed away recently in his 90's. The only driving this Jeep saw was on the weekends when he drove it to the lake to go fishing. Other than that, it was garage kept with regular scheduled maintenance. Still have the original Owners Manual and the Olympic Edition Informational flyer, both in great condition.
Only 49K miles on the original engine! $1,400 of engine tune-ups in the last 6 months. 4.2 Liter, Inline 6 Engine. Soft Top (like new) with no rips or stains. Immaculate condition inside and out. Jeep is all original. Stock suspension. Tires are brand new! 5 speed manual, clutch is tight. 4WD High & Low work like a dream. Comes with a tow hitch as well. Radio and heater both work.
The Olympic Edition Jeeps were taken off the assembly line and had the undercarriage sprayed with rust inhibitor before going to market. This was not available on stock 1988 Wranglers! So you never have worry about rust problems!
This is a collectors Edition Jeep for both Olympic and Coca Cola. Never taken off-road, no wrecks, interior is like brand new. You have to see it to believe it.
