Description of 1974 Jeep Other Short Bed

1974 Jeep J10
-Clean/Rebuilt AMC 258 bored .060 over,-Electric Fan,-T15 Heavy Duty 3 spd Tranny, (shift smooth)-Power Disc conversion on front including proper proportioning valve (seem a little soft may need bleeding)-Power Steering-Dana 20 Twin Stick Transfer Case,-Dana 44 axles (4.10)-37" military tires on 16" black wheels, (tires show spider cracks on sidewalls)-3 1/2" rough country lift suspension lift (front springs, rear blocks)-3 inch homemade body lift (i would remove this and replacewith a real body lift if desired or remove completely and go with smaller tires)-BIG tube front and rear bumpers/brush guard welded to frame-Nice tube nerf bars welded to frame-Runs great,-Clean title.-Drivetrain and frame is super solid, and rust free (contact me for additional photos)-20 Gal fuel cell integrated in toolbox (pretty neet).-One piece rear window and seal is good.-Lights work, signals do not-Windshield has crack-No tailgate.-No grille-No interior door panels.-No Dashpad-Front driveshaft not installed but included (will need ujoints)
-Frame, drivetrain super solid, no rust, very good shape-Body is rough,-Interior is rough.
THE BED - Some rust and rot. Sides are pretty good. Some rust hot spots. Bed floor has been cut out and replaced with wood. The sides, rails, fender flares are not bad although the rear bottom corners are pretty much gone. Definitelyusable and/or repairableas long as you don't mind a wood floor.
THE CAB - Truck cab is rough but savable. Comes with vin plate and title. Driver and Passenger floor boards cut out and new ones welded in place. Driver's rocker cut out and replacement welded in place. Passenger rocker cut out but not welded in place yet buthave full donor rocker from another j10 which is included. Floor section behind the seat is rough. Has some holes around windshield. and some small rot . Windshield has crack, No dash pad, no real headliner, metal dash is solid and not damaged other than the radio cut out which was done pretty well to convert from original two post radio to modern radio (just a rectangular cutout) and definitely usable but will need sandblasting and painting. Doors are generally solid from the exterior but door bottoms are rough on the inside. Definitely repairable. Will need a little welding. Exterior door skins are good.
There's close to 5K in parts if parted out. Rolling chassis and drivetrain very good. If you do body work, this project is for you. If you are looking for wash and wax, this is not for you.
