1968 Jeep (Jeepster) Commando

This is a private sale of a very collectiblevintage Jeep.
Haggerty collector insurance called these a rising star for investment collectability.
It is being auctioned UNRESERVED.
This Jeep has a few very notable things going for it.

First off, it has only 48,702 miles!!!
Has NEVER had any rust.
Fully professionally restored (at very high expense) with less than 2500 miles since.

This Jeep was kept indoors always. It never had any rust, never had any rust repairs, and shows absolutely no signage of rust formation. This is really not common for a vintage Jeep.
Interior professionally upholstered from scratch. Starting with brand new Patty Hopkirk racing seats. Carpet hand formed and bound (not a kit).Factory numbers matching Buick Dauntless V-6 engine. Rebuilt, with all accessory components (alternator, carburetor, etc)rebuilt. Beautiful paint on perfect original rust-free body. Body off frame restored PROFESSIONALLY (many many $$$). Frame powder coated. Complete new top. All gauges, switches, and other miscellaneous but very-important little factory items in absolutely pristine condition.
Way way too much to list but, I think you get the point. Amazing surf & beach cruiser, high-country SUV, or sunny-day city fun machine.
