Description for Jeep Wrangler 1992

"Hold on to your butts" - offering up for auction my 1992 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Edition "Jurassic Park JP18" replicajeep. It's been a blast owning this jeep, but it's time to pass it along and share the adventure with another diehard Jurassic Park fan!
Mechanical:

Engine rebuilt by previous owner (142k original miles).Runs strong - and yes it can outrun a T-Rex.
5-speed manual transmission replaced by previous owner. Shifts cleanly.
New brakes/calipers with dust shields installed to keep wheels clean.
Regularly serviced by a professional mechanic - recent oil/fluids change with clean bill of health overall.

Exterior:

This jeep was professionally repainted to replicate the original Jurassic Park movie jeeps with correct paint color and sheen (Sand Beige Poly Low Gloss and Ford Performance Red Low Gloss) with correct decals, number placement etc. The original paint for this particular jeep is Sand Beige Poly Low Gloss, which can be seen under the hood and in the interior.
"MOPAR style" light bar cut down by 1" to the screen-accurate height and re-welded as measured from the original movie vehicle prop. Likethe screen-used vehicle, the light mounting tabs have been removed.
Ramsey REP8000 winch mounted, but disconnected. Includes all parts/controls for final installation.
Working amber rear fog lights.
Low miles on BF Goodrich All Terrain tires.
Replacement factory style soft top in correct "spice" color.
Includes touch-up paint.
Garage kept and meticulously cared for with few cosmetic flaws from use.

Interior:

Dash is the correct dark gray plastic.
Original dark green interior door panels with pockets in good condition.
Original dark green center console.
Interior paint including under the hood and engine compartment is all original Sand Beige Poly Low Gloss.
Currently has spice colored Sahara interior carpet installed, taken from a '95 Wrangler Sahara. However, I'm also including a brand new reproduction dark green full carpet kit (including rocker panels) to give it the correct interior color. It is custom fit for a 92-95 Wrangler.
Previous owner installed an aftermarket CD/AM/FM/MP3 head unit (AM/FM currently disconnected), but I am including a vintage '92-'94 OEM head unit with matching gray dash panel surround so that the next owner can restore it to its original configuration/screen accuracy. Of course if you prefer the MP3/CD capability it is alreadyinstalled.
Includes a 1992 manufactured Midland 40-Channel Mobile CB Transceiver that will connect to the whip antenna to make it functional.
Original front Sahara seats in Trail Green fabric with spice trim with "leather" pockets in very nice shape.
Rear bench is original, however I had it professionally re-upholstered using factory original Dark Green trail cloth, dark green carpet underneath per the original, correct spice stitching, and spice piping. It's basically a brand new Sahara bench using factory original fabric - very cool! This factory original fabric was expensive, but worth it as it matches the front seats nicely.
Includes enough extra factory original trail cloth to cover the fronts of both bucket seats if the need shall ever arise. It was really exciting to find original fabric in a Detroit warehouse...
