Description of 1987 Jeep Wagoneer Grand

1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Re-built Jasper Engine with balance of 3yr. 100,000 mi. limited warranty (approximately 2 to 2.5 years left). The engine is a rebuilt stock 360 ci 5.9L, the same as when the truck was made. Rough Country 3" - 4" Suspension Lift with new heavy duty leaf springs and shocks. 4 new 31" Kelly Tires on factory rims. Brand new battery and rebuilt power steering pump just installed. Various new and rebuilt belts, hoses, alternator, starter solenoid, oil pump, water pump (see invoices for details). Driver side window flex track just replaced and all 4 power windows work. New JVC digital media receiver and 4 new JVC Speakers. Also includes a new blower motor not installed (existing one currently works but was a bit weak); interior fasteners and screws you may want for further restoration.
See the pictures of the 4 pages of invoices for the list of other work that has been done in the past few years since I've owned it. Approximately $17k of work. This is a fun truck to drive with enough lift to look great but not too much tire to make it a bear. Engine and transmission are smooth and 4wd works. You will see on invoices that the truck was in the shop for a while. We tried to have engine work done but once they got into it I decided it was better to start with a freshly rebuilt motor with a warranty.
The prior owner said the rear window was repaired but they ran a new separate power cable to the battery. It was disconnected when the new battery was installed and is not functional now but could be re-connected.
Over $25k invested. I am selling because it's still a project to restore the body and I don't have the interest or time to finish it. Replacement panels are available from various sources at a reasonable cost. Look at pictures for more detail - the doors are good but the rockers will definitely need to be replaced.
Sold as-is. Feel free to ask questions or for more pictures.
This vehicle is also being sold locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early.
