Description of 1987 Jeep Comanche Base

This Comanche has served me well over the years(was a contractor) was used mostly in light construction (framer, trim carpenter hence the topper. I also was an automotive mechanic for many years before becoming a contractor. (ASE master, Acura master tech.) all work since I have owned it has been done by me.Does have rust issues, rocker panels, floor board drivers side. etc. Rear axle is a Dana 44, from a 53 ford F100, complete rebuild 4:10 ratio (not broken in!), new ring and pinon, True Trac limited slip, Nitro axles, 4 wheel disc brakes, rears are from a Grand Cherokee new rebuilt, Front calipers need rebuilt, may be rusted internally brakes do not work as they should, not safe to drive IMHO. Master cylinder is new from Summit racing, proportioning valve is from a Grand Cherokee with four wheel discs. Asin Warner AW4 four speed auto, NP242 full/part time transfer case (Hummer). Front axle not done! Will have to be rebuilt, have all parts with locker. Still has the stock front axle with disconnect. I did away with the vacuum disconnect and installed a manual cable in its place, operable from the dash. Front seats are Freightliner take outs, mirrors are Ford swing lock, (F series, Bronco). Have all the parts to do a front control arm drop for higher lift than now. Front springs have been replaced, and an "Acocs" adjustable lift device is installed. Rear springs were re-arched and an extra leaf installed, vehicle has approx. 3" of lift as is.The topper is an Omaha Standard, industrial quality steel construction ( fits only the Comanche, and Chevy S10 pickups), rare find. The brush guard shown in picture is from an International Scout II. I have modified it to fit the jeep bumper, need the two mounting brackets welded in place to mount it. Brush guards could also be installed. No time to finish. Fuel tank had been boiled and flushed. Radiator is new heavy duty dual core, power steering reservoir has been resealed. Ac was blowing cold last time I had it running. Not sure why it is not running could be ECU (tried a second one, could be ignition) Renix ugh. I just can't spend the time to find out anymore, and stay married!I have all the receipts for the parts I have purchased, and all the factory manuals one could need. I am sure there are things I have missed, but that is all I have for now. This vehicle is just to rare to end up in a crusher, so there it is, please feel free to ask questions! Thanks for looking and good luck! I have more pictures, just ran into limit, can text them.
