This is a close to owning a brand new 1954 Willy's Jeep as you could ever get with only 113 miles on it since the full rebuild one year ago. The upgrades are hard to believe, but here's the list:- Small Block Chevy v8 283 in stock configuration with a 2-bbl Rodchester rated at 195hp

- Completely new suspension, springs, hangers bolts, u-bolts - all of it new
- Everything above the frame is new - new body, new seats and frames, new fuel tank, new m38 top, new glass, new rubber weatherstriping ... new new new
- 9500 pound water tight electric winch with remote
- Craiger wagon wheels with BF Goodrich Mud Terran tires - both new
- Electric wiper, 12v power plug, parking brake, M151 door straps for improved safety, siren, beefy 50's horn, new exhaust
- Upgraded steering to remove bump-steer and the dreaded Jeep death-wiggle
- Completely sandblasted to raw steel, rust protected, primed and painted with the era correct Rapco military paint
- Optima yellow top battery
- Edlebrock electric fuel pump with built in regulator
- These upgrades aren't cheep - you're looking at $22,000 in parts alone.
I built this Jeep with simplistic longevity in mind. Unless you do something stupid, you should never have an issue. It looks great in parades, is comfortable to drive, and is a beast on the trails. With all four wheels locked, it will climb anywhere.
In addition to the Jeep, I have two matching trailers that can be purchased separately, if still available. One is a 1947 civilian Bantam. The trailer has been fully disassembled, sandblasted, rust coated, primed and painted with matching paint to the Jeep. All new wiring - I added a second taillight for safety. Originally, it had only one. It has a clean title as well. Two additional cross members were added for structural improvements, a new heavy floor was added, and the tailgate tin was replaced. It has the stakepockets, known as the camper model. The second trailer is a custom build creation of my own that I use for tailgating. It's built from a 1950s Gibson fridge and left over parts from the Jeep. The windshield now stands as a table, it has 12v outlets, a sink built from a Gerry can, a canopy, and even a rack for a pit bike. It's not only a great conversation piece, but it's very functional and trailers easy.
I've built a lot of vehicles of all different kinds in my life, and this is top notch. The only reason I'm selling it is that my collection has grown beyond my storage capacity. If you want a great little toy, this is it.
