1977 Jeep Cherokee Chief S360ci V8automatic transmissionQuadra-Trac four-wheel drive system.truck was optioned with Wide-Track suspension.
Modifications: suspension lift, a steel front bumper with a winch and brush guard, rear tire and accessory carriers.
This FJ was purchased family friend of its original owner in California, and it has stayed within the family since. It has always been very well cared for. The SUV has spent its whole life in Sacramento / Stockton. blue California license plates, an owner’s manual, spare keys, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

Carriers for a spare tire, jerry cans, hi-lift jack, and other accessories are mounted at the rear.The interior is trimmed in black vinyl and features crank windows, a Cobra CB radio, a steering column-mounted shifter, and more. The driver’s seat bolster is worn and the glovebox-mounted Pioneer CD player is inoperable. It is not perfect, it has not been restored. Its got some scratches, Little dings and chips (see pics behind pass rear slide window, on the hood, pass door and fender flare, from being driven and enjoyed). . Nowadays it is driven on weekend getaways sometimes, hasnt seen daily action since the late 80's. Its been a 4x4 / camping / sunday drive rig since then. . .A three-spoke steering wheel, engine-turned dash panel with an 85-mph speedometer, supplementary gauges, and a five-digit odometer that indicates 37k miles (actual 137k).The 360ci V8 rebuilt at 17k miles ago under previous ownership (supporting records are unavailable). A three-speed automatic transmission routes power through a full-time Quadra-Trac four-wheel drive transfer case.
