Vehicle Details

First year of the AMC 360 engine, and the last year of the coolest looking Wagoneer dashes, in my opinion. AMC 360, 2bl, automatic, Manual 4x4 Transfer Case. Orig had A/C (condenser and one hose is there). Front, rear seats, and carpeting redone before and still look good. The prior owner before me put new door weather seals, new wheels/tires and new shocks all the way around. Have the prior chrome wagon wheels to go with it too, but are a bit rusty. Overall pretty solid, maybe a little crust in the dog legs in front of the rear wheels and looks like the driver’s side lower inner quarter behind the rear tire was patched, but rockers, floors & all else are original metal and solid. Roof rack mount holes were filled in years ago & could use attention again. Clear coat pealing. Prior owner buffed out some of it, but needs more work. Knightons in Albuquerque replaced the motor in 2008, but rcpt does not list miles on it, so unknown how much use since the rebuild. Prior owner suspected not much use, and I agree. Transmission works and shifts good, but leaks so fluid has to be added occasionally. The rear gate electric window works. NM title, my name. Runs and drives, but brakes either need adj or shoes as they are now to the floor. Has other typical mech needs of an old car. Prior owner informed that the transfer case shifter needed adjustment or repair. I have not tried it myself since owning it. I picked up a Scout since buying it, so decided to sell it and focus on the Scout instead. Prior history is unknown, as I bought it almost 2 years ago myself off eBay. It appears to have been an Albuquerque vehicle, as recepts found in car indicate it had been in this area. Send a message with any questions and I will answer to my best ability. Located in Rio Rancho NM.
