I am selling my Fastback that i have owned going on thirty years now. Its has always been in the atlanta area from new. I purchased it From H. A. Walker that purchased it new from Frank Vego Ford / The Atlanta performance dealer back then. Started life as a factory G T A with A/C . I have given it the best I could give. and hand pick the best to help me with it. The car is fresh as of April 2014 just before the 50th anniversary last year. I have three other Fastbacks and no more room to store. so many cars and other toys. This car will be up for sell and one of the other fastback with plans of keeping two. This car is a street car with very cold A/C from vintage air. It has Power Windows that are new also. but slow to go up . I am told that they will be better after the new felts wear some. This car is very fast that it should NOT go to anyone young or inexperienced. It was around 700 H P but i have de-tuned it some with smaller cam at 6:10 lift and smaller carb. Still scary fast when you punch it. The engine was built by the best. Chuck Lawrance that is a friend and engine builder at 'Jon Kaase Racing' If you do not know that name already do some research/ JON KAASE RACING . They build racing engines that are way over $100. 00. 00 race engines. It has a Turbo 400 also built by Chuck Lawrance. It also has the best components with red line clutches etc. This last April I spent $9. 00. 00 on the fit and finish on paint. These cars never came factory with great panel matching. gaps are seamless and perfect now. The center section is a detroit locker 3:50 posi with 31 spline axles. The housing cut and narrowed and back braced with the car mini-tubbed. It will take a much larger tire than what you see. can up to three inches wider. It has a custom radiator cut to my spec's from (Ee Cool) with the A/C condenser and dual chrome fans all polished to the max from them. built for high-horse power street car with air. The best and you would be shocked at what i paid for it. The hood hindges are billet ring brothers/ $700. 00 for them. Front end parts from "HEIDTS" all chrome/ stainless front components. Chrome springs on coil overs with cerarra shocks/ Koni Double adjustable on back. Wiring is all painless and is set up for the dual fans to come on at 180 degrees. trans cooler also. The two radiator fans pulling 2300 CFM each. keeps cool at long red lights. no overheating. Chrome alt 160 amp one wire / March pulleys with billet brackets / Alum water pump / MSD through out . Billet air cleaner $500. 00 dollars. There is more that I'm missing. ENGINE > Stroked 460 to 521 C I D at 9:80. 1 compression / Super cobra Jet aluminum heads with $1. 00. 00 of port and polished plus bowl work. 4. 300 stroke with eagle H beam rods / Lunati Voodoo cam Part # 20340712 with hydro roller lifters / crane roller rockers and guilde plates / cometic gaskets. Chrome molly fly-wheel. 850 Barry Grant carb that works flawlessly. I had a 1100 carb on it and it will drink it up. To much HP. Moroso 8 Qt rear sump. Lokar throttle cable. Superb engine. INTERIOR > Black Leather seats with embroidery " SUPER COBRA JET " on the head rest/ custom console. black leather. custom leather door panels with aluminum inserts. Marietta Auto Trim did the custom trunk area and wrapped padding around the rollbars. SUSPENSION > Heidts front top of the line / chrome & stainless / welded frame rail conn. adjust height front and back/ slam it down if you wish. Wilwood alum hub's in front with red 6 piston calipers / 13. 44 wilwood rotors front / Wilwood red 4 pistons in back with 12. 88 rotors . axles are 31 spline moser with 3:50 gear posi . rearend housing is back braced / all the chassis set up was done by Zartec . Steven Todd > Tire size Rear 28>12. 00 > 18 front 245 > 40 Z R 18 but will take a much larger on the rear . I have set my starting bid at half of my investment in the car.
