Description of 1990 Land Rover Range Rover Range Rover Classic

I bought this Rover a couple of years ago up in Portland from an individual. He had never registered it and I have not either. It has a clear Washington title showing 218000 miles and now has about 231000. Tires are very good. Motor is very good and doesn't use any oil or smoke. Has a small leak at the oil pan gasket or so I'm told from the guys at the oil change place. I've changed it every 3000 miles. Transmission is very good. The thing does really well in the snow and mountains and rides well down the highway. Interior is average with no major rips or tears. I put a new headliner in it, but the installer could not get the sunroof out to recover it, so it's black.
Lots of things don't work; The AC, of course, is not functioning and I even took the belt off as we really don't need it out here in Central Oregon. The heater is not working even after I had a new heater core installed in Portland last fall. Worked about half way home and then no more hot air. Doesn't leak, so I don't know what it is? Seats work sometimes, ( they need new switches ), door handles, from the outside, work sometimes. Easy fix to install new ones, just haven't gotten around to it and I just leave the window down and open from the inside. Needs shocks, but gets around okay with the Bilsteens that are on it, and that's about all I can think of.
Gauges work. Lights and blinkers work. Power steering pump and hoses are new and work well with no leaks. Exhaust system is new, but has a small leak somewhere around the manifold. I haven't been able to find it just yet. Like I said earlier, tires are good and recent, probably 75 to 80 percent.
Good, honest Rover with a good body and paint. There's a few dings here and there, but overall, it looks good. Dogs and Rover guys love it.
Rack, bars and hi-lift not included, but available.
