Description of 1964 Land Rover Defender

I am located 70 miles from Oroville Washington (98844). All paperwork is included to title in any State. The truck is DOT and EPA exempt because of its age. Importation is an easy process . I can assist with shipping and the customs broker. ( Please allow $350 for brokerage fee ). I can also have the truck shipped to US side for easier shipping options. This is a solid rust free 1964 Land Rover Series IIA. Lifelong British Columbia truck. The truck has had a lot of work done to it in the last 5,000 miles.

The Truck runs down the road excellent. Shifts through all the gears nicel, good clutc, tracks and brakes straight. The hand brake will hold the truck out of gear on a steep incline . Choke functions properly and cold starts well. All lights and signals function as well as dash dummy lights. Heater function, All gauges work except for the speedometer and odometer. Passenger windshield wiper motors work, the drivers side has to be done manually There are approx 1000 miles more on the truck than the 70.000 miles show on the odometer. This recently stopped working with work orders to prove. The glass is all in great shap, windscreen is free of pitting or chips. All side windows slide open nicel, the top glass on drivers side of the safari roof has some scratches from branches. Both side doors loc, the rear door does not. All 7 seats have newer seat belts. The seats and door panels are in good shape with some discolouration and separation on the 2 door panels.
The undercarriage is all rust free. The body was taken off and the whole frame was cleaned and coated with Por 15 and new bushings were installed. This is a rust free chassis. The body was originally Limestone and is now painted Marina Blue with Endura. Endura is a very tough single stage industrial paint. Its finish is nothing like a base clear Paint job It has orange peel but serves it's purpose. Body gaps are all very nic, there is a quarter size ding on the drivers side quarter panel
All Land Rover manuals are included in sale as well as a 9500 pound winch ( new in box and not installed ) as well as new axle seals ( passenger rear has weeping , brake shoes ( all new in box ) and other miscellaneous new spares.
