Extremely low mileage 1954 Series 1 Land Rover Firetruck. Everything works. PTO pump. engine governor. Hoses. SCBA. fire extinguisher. This truck is as original as you will find. new tires except for spare tire which is original to the vehicle. New oil filter adapter. oil pressure and temperature gauge. Looks like it just arrived from the factory. no rust. no dents. 40 gallon galvanized on board water tank. engine is smooth running and transmission works as it should. This is a true time machine Land Rover. has been a regular award winner at parades and shows. This truck had a long history in New Zealand. nbsp;EQ1479 was in service all over NZ . ex Palmerston. ex Raetahi. ex Moerewa Freezing works. Land Rover put heavy duty springs. galvanized chassis. large oil cooler. and governor on the fire engines. this vehicle is really nice.
