This is a 4 wheel drive rig that was designed for tough going in the outback and the deep dark jungles of Africa. Take a look at the big ass winch mounted on the front of this Land Rover. This Land Rover was imported a long time ago and owned by the same chap for the past 15 years. Yes it is a bit on the no frills department. Big strong chassis and a great running 4 cylinder gas engine. The engine starts and runs great. Nice shifting 4 speed manual transmission as well as high and low range. The body is still in very nice condition as shown. The frame has the typical rust here and there. I have done my best to point out the weak spots of the car. Pretty comfortable seats and there are even side benh seats in the rear for your gang. Blah tires as shown. I would suggest a new set as soon as you can since they are the best protection for the pot holes and other gremlins on the open road. Speaking of the open road. Remember these Rovers were made for roads with little or no pavement. They are slow. slow. slow and the ride is a bit harsh. Just a few months back. the owner spent over $4. 00. 00 dollars on new springs. shackles and a bunch of other stuff. I have all of the slips for these repairs. No condition reports on these old cars.
