This is for a Very nice all original 1978 Lincoln Mark V Cartier edition with 91K original miles on it.First off,I have all the original paperwork and a 2 page window sticker.I posted photos of the original window sticker so you can see all the options this car has(SEE ALL PHOTOS)This car cost right at 18K in 1978 dollars, his is a very loaded up high option car.It even has a traction loc(posi) rear end.This is the most desirable year for the last of the big Mark V's,as far as the engines go,1978 was the last year you could order a big block 460 4 brl engine option with real factory dual exhaust and this car has that RARE option,plus the Rare Traction loc rear axle.The 1979 model which was the last of this body style,was available only with a very underpowered 400 2 brl. This car runs and drives Great and is smooth as silk,I have been driving it everywhere with no issues.Normally I recommend that all older cars I sell should be transported for long distances,but I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere.It is very smooth,powerful and quiet. The trans shifts perfect.This car literally drive like new.It has no play in the steering and no rattles at all.It has factory Dual exhaust which is still in excellent shape.Everything still works like it is supposed to,including the huge Moonroof,along with both power seats and both windows. The A/C works and is cool, ut could probably use maybe a can of Freon. The heat works Great.The car has a New set of Hankook tires mounted on the Factory Lincoln Turbine wheels.The original spare tire is still in the trunk and has never been used.The interior is like new and 100% original.The dash is perfect.It is obvious this car was garage kept most all of it's life.It still has that classic old NEW car smell.No funny odors.The body is still wearing its most all of it's original paint and is very straight and very solid.Although the paint is still very shinny, here have been some touch ups here and there and there are a few spots of surface rust here and there,But absolutely NO rust through anywhere.The Vinyl top is new.The doors open and shut like new.The underside is Rock solid.Again,The interior is in amazing shape for a 37 year old car.Even the dash is perfect with NO cracks.The inside of the trunk is still in like new shape and even still has it's original unused spare still in place.All the lights work.The hide-way headlights also still work and stay shut when not in use.

Again keep in mind,this is a 37 year old car,that is pretty much unmolested and still all original.

There are 24 photos listed on the ad.I just added photos of the trunk,original spare tire,underside of trunk lid,Rear shot of car and a photo of the underside.
