Straight body in excellent shape.

Interior needs work.

Engine and transmission need TLC.

Had A/C but it has not worked for a long time.

Original hub caps even.

Starts and runs, ut is rough due to having sat for so long. Can send a video to interested parties.

All original booklets and the awesome fabric care tag!

This thing is begging for a full restoration and would not take much to get her show ready, just do not have the time to do it.

COOL FEATURES FROM THE 60's:

The speedo works like a thermometer, ot sure how it is done, ut it is pretty slick.

Locks are "power" ....Vacuum actuated (they work but there are some vacuum leaks in the doors)

Wing windows are crank operated.

Four way power adjustable front bench seat. (I am 5'7" so this feature always annoyed my 6'3" roommate)

Front disc brakes, self bleeding" , t was new tech back then.

Antenna has up/down buttons to extend/retract.

Rebuilt in 2003 and used as a daily driver while I was in college, ut then gas prices went through the roof and the 8mpg this beast gets made it impossible to afford driving the miles I was driving. I then parked it and it has been slowly deteriorating since then. As you can see in the pictures the dash split and is dry rotting, he upholstery is also UV damaged and cracking, he windows struggle and the front passenger will not move, ut the wing windows work great. I kept it covered but the cover was dry rotted too and fell apart when I removed it to freshen this up for sale. It is a desert car so the UV and dry damage is the worst of it. There is mild surface rust on the body that comes off with as little as buffing. The whole thing needs new paint but the metal parts are in perfect condition as it has been a desert only car since 1985. Before that it was used by snowbirds between Seattle and Tucson.

I installed wood under the front carpet to allow kick panel component speakers to be mounted, pgrading from the stock "mono" audio system.

There is a hole through the hood to accommodate the edelbrock performer intake manifold and carburetor, intended to put a cowl over it and blend it in with the hood which can look really nice but I never got around to that. If you are going for full restoration then I can change out the hood with the gold one I was using for parts so that you get an unmolested original hood and then you can figure out how to get the air cleaner/intake to fit, r ask about the stock intake and carb that are also on the gold one....

I want this to go to someone who is going to lovingly bring her back to life, o if I have parts that you need from the gold parts car I am very willing to support that. The gold car was my grandfather's and driven by my parents in high school when they were dating so the sentimental value of it overall makes me not want to part with it completely in case I ever have the time to invest in restoring it, ut everything besides the block, ranny, nd body are negotiable.
