Hey there classic car buyers here is a movie star of a ca, , a 1956 Lincoln Premier Convertibl, the epitome of art deco styling! I love old convertibles and the 56premier might be my favorit, it is large, glamorous, rare and beautiful, this one is a survivorfrom texas and new mexicoand it is very clean as far as rust goes, the floors are excellent . As youcan see in the pictures the car is very nice lookin, it is the original color but the paint is several years old now and has some flaws up clos, the interior is nice but the seats have been redone years ago als, they look fine . I bought this car in san antonio texas from an old doctor that had a sizable lincoln collection and he claims that this car was in the Hollywood epicmovie GIANT with Rock Hudson, Elizabeth Taylor and JamesDean. I rented the movie and sure enough there it is but only for a short scene in a parade .that's show business !The car starts right u, and sounds good, the transmission is smoot, the power steering works finebut the front end feels a littlefunny it wanders around could be alignmen, the motor compartment is very nice considering it is all origina, the original radio play, all windows wor, the power top work, the doors all close nicely, the glass is all good except the driver side front has a crack in it . the car has very nice chrome but is getting a little thin here and there but overall a great exampl, the tires are goo, there is nothing missing . the lights wor, THIS IS A COOL LINCOLN !I think that this is aone year only design and I have seen perfect concours examples bring over 50,000 dollars one sold for 70,000 recently I was tol, I think that this ca, in this condition should bring 30 to 35000 dollars bid to buy, no bs please any questions call jay at 956 624 2669 I have good feedback and I can help you to ship i, might take a trade if the car does not sell for cash
