Description of 1984 Lincoln Town Car

Up for sale is my 1984 Lincoln Town car .... I pulled it out of a barn in Chuckey, TN a couple of years ago. I brought the car home, had no idea if it even ran or not. I bought the car from the grandson who inherited it from his grandmother.
I spent about $2000 making the car roadworthy again, replacing only the items that were worn or dangerous. Otherwise I left the vehicle alone, in order to preserve its originality. Even the 1984 date coded spark plug wires are present. I have all the ROs for the work performed. The major items (obviously) replaced were the tires, brakes and the usual gas tank cleaning ... the rest were little things, like fixing the power antenna etc ....
The paint and chrome are all original, down to the painted on pin stripe. The top is in great shape, even the stitching is all intact. The glass and interior are in fantastic shape. the headliner droops when its cold outside, but park it outside on a warm day and goes back to normal. The car runs and drives like a 15000 mile car should. It has the rare factory CB, and it works as designed. Everything on the car is functional, even the quarter windows and power antenna. I had the fuel gage fixed when I bought the car, but it has again decided to stop working. The AC is ice cold, but will only hold a charge for a couple months - those are the only two exceptions. I have the original title and a more current TN title that was signed over when I bought the car from the grandson.
It has been sittin in my climate controlled garage for the last two years, I am out of space, so this one has been selected to go .... It is currently sitting on a lift, so feel free to ask for any closeups, or undercarriage shots ....
