Description of 1962 Lincoln Continental |
| Selling my 1962 Lincoln Continental. I just don't drive it enough so need to find it a new loving home. I have owned this car for over 15 years and I'm the 2nd owner. Originally bought new and lived in New Jersey until owner past and i bought it from his son. Completely rust free. 44000 original miles on numbers matching 430ci motor and automatic transmission. Everything original except wheels 2" drop front springs (custom made by eaton spring) and front disc brake conversion (original drum setup and associated parts are included). Can drive this car around the world with no problems. Have extra complete doors (no one re-pops parts for these cars) so you have spare everything. Rare Desert Frost color exterior and interior. Everything works. Nothing modified that can't be removed with no trace of ever being there (like the stereo). Have original unmodified package tray (we got a second one to cut holes for rear speakers in). Original spare jack manuals literature etc. Price is fairly negotiable so I will entertain all reasonable offers as i do need to find this a new home.
